Services

Individual counselling

I offer individual counselling for people who are navigating change, loss, emotional overwhelm or uncertainty.

Sessions provide a supportive space to explore what you’re experiencing, at a pace that feels right for you. Our work is guided by your needs, values and what feels most helpful in the moment.

Couples counselling

I offer counselling for couples who are experiencing relationship challenges, communication difficulties or periods of transition.

My approach supports both partners to be heard and understood, while gently exploring patterns, needs, and ways of relating. Where appropriate, we will also discuss whether couples counselling is the right fit or whether referral to specialised services may be more helpful.

Family counselling

I offer family counselling for families who are navigating change, conflict or complex dynamics.

Family sessions focus on understanding relationships within the family system, supporting communication and creating space for shared understanding. The structure and focus of sessions are discussed collaboratively and guided by what feels appropriate for those involved.

Counselling At Ebb & Grow

Make an appointment

I offer counselling for individuals, couples, and families who are navigating change, loss, emotional overwhelm or periods of uncertainty.

Counselling at Ebb & Grow provides a thoughtful, supportive space to explore what’s happening in your life and relationships. Sessions are paced with care and shaped by what you bring, what feels important to you and what feels most helpful at the time.

You don’t need to be in crisis or have a clear goal to begin. Counselling can start wherever you are.

I work with:

  • Individuals seeking support with emotional distress, life transitions, grief, identity changes or the ongoing impact of past experiences

  • Couples wanting support with communication, connection, relationship challenges or periods of transition

  • Families navigating change, conflict or complex family dynamics

The structure and focus of counselling is discussed collaboratively and guided by what feels appropriate for those involved.

What to expect

Sessions are led by your needs and your pace

In counselling, we may:

  • Talk through thoughts and feelings that feel difficult to hold alone

  • Explore patterns, experiences and relationships with care

  • Build greater understanding, self-compassion and clarity.

There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Together we’ll work in a way that respects your experiences and your choices.
