I offer counselling for individuals, couples and families, using a person-centred and trauma-informed approach. I support people experiencing grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity changes and the impact of complex or cumulative stress.
My work is grounded, collaborative and paced to your needs, with a strong focus on emotional safety, choice and trust. Sessions are available in person in the Geelong and the Surf Coast region, as well as online for those who prefer or require telehealth.
-
Getting started is simple. You can book an initial session via the online booking system, or contact me if you’d like to ask a question before booking.
In your first session, we’ll take time to talk about what’s brought you to counselling, what you’re hoping for and how I work. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
-
Ebb & Grow Counselling is grounded in a deeply human, relational approach. I work from a trauma-informed and person-centred framework, which means I prioritise emotional safety, consent, collaboration and respect for your lived experience.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor counselling to you — recognising the ways your history, body, relationships and environment shape how you experience the world. My approach is gentle, reflective and grounded in evidence-based practice, without being clinical or prescriptive.
-
You can contact me via the contact form on this website or by email. If you’re an existing client, appointment information and communication will be managed securely through the online booking system.
If you’re unsure whether counselling is right for you, you’re welcome to reach out with general questions before booking.
-
Session fees are clearly listed at the time of booking. I offer private-pay counselling and do not currently provide Medicare rebates.
Payment is required at the time of booking, and cancellation policies are outlined in the practice policies available on this website. If you have questions about fees or policies, please feel free to ask before booking.

Clients often describe sessions as calm, supportive and grounding. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected and not rushed.
Counselling with me is collaborative — you’re the expert in your own experience and my role is to support you in making sense of what’s happening, building awareness and finding ways forward that align with your values and capacity. We work together, at your pace, with care and curiosity.
